:: doctor's appt. ::
they took out the sutures (sp?) in my knee. there was pain. they took x-rays of my knee without my brace on. more pain. then afterwards, the nurse was like "oh ok, well you can take showers now" with a little too much zeal, as if i smelled..which i prolly did. haha! atleast my leg must have smelled. eww...then the doctor moved my knee around to see if everything was ok. ouch

:: physical therapy ::
yes. this was another painful process. right after my doctor's appt., i had to go to physical therapy. OH MAN when the person was checking out my leg and moving it around, i thougt i was going to cry. and THEN...oh geez...she told me to scoot towards the wall so i could put my leg on the wall, and i was grabbing to sides of the bedbench to pull me forward - since i cant move my leg on my own - and i accidently hit her butt!!! b/c i couldnt see anything, i was lying down- and she was leaning on the bench. oh god...painful.
and another sad thing....everyone there was doing all these hard exercises, and i could barely BARELY walk with crutches, and she had me doing this wimpy exercise where i try to lift my foot over a tennis ball. i looked like a granny. :(

:: and NOW... ::
as college is looming ahead, i decided to search for good notebooks. i browsed through the dell and gateway websites, not really diggin it. and THEN...woohoo, i went to the yale's special apple online store and OH wow, the apple powerbooks are sweeeeet. and i can get a free color printer AND an ipod for 69 bucks! what IS thiss!! so i got all excited, but then realized that i'd have to learn how to use a comptuer all over again. then i went to the apple store in glendale and i asked him if there was microsoft word/excel/powerpoint for apple, and he said there was Microsoft Office v.X for Mac, but it was $500! eeesh..too expensive. so i dont know what i am gonna do. does anyone out there have this software??? if not, i dont know what to do. i lovvve the powerbook though. so if any of you have advice about mac's vs. pc's, tell me please!
